Please check again after rebooting both your Smart Pen and device. If the connection is still not working, even when you try with a different smart device, then the Smart Pen may need a professional inspection. Please check the sections above for Compatibility and Pairing help. When you alternate between Moleskine Notes and other devices or apps, we recommend that you disconnect the pen from the service you were using or close the app before switching to the other service
Please try to add the pen again from the Pen Manager section in the Notes App.
If you have downloaded the Notes App on several devices, please make sure that only the Bluetooth of the device you are using is activated.
