Can Moleskine refills be used in all Moleskine pens?

It is important to select the correct refill:

Classic Roller Plus pens made of ABS plastic are only compatible with roller Plus refills

Light Metal Click Ballpoint pens are only compatible with ballpoint refills

Other Moleskine pen models are compatible with all Moleskine refills, except the long-lasting roller Plus refills
