What are your return regulations?

We want you to fall in love with your order. However, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact Customer Care within 14 days of receiving it.

After receiving a return authorization from Customer Care, we must receive your return within 14 days.
Please note: Personalized products cannot be returned unless the product or the personalization is defective. All refunds will then be processed within 14 days.

Returns policy extension: we’re extending our returns policy for orders placed in Dec. 2024 and Jan. 2025 until 28Feb. 2024.
