Detour is a traveling exhibition curated by Moleskine featuring decorated notebooks by internationally recognized artists, architects, film directors, graphic designers, musicians, illustrators and writers. Visitors are invited to explore and discover each author's creative process as it unfolds on the blank pages of a Moleskine notebook.
Shanghai is the starting point of a new Detour journey. After the successful first edition in 2010, Detour is back in China for a new exhibition created in partnership with K-11 Shanghai to celebrate Chinese and international creativity. 18 new Chinese and international artists, architects and designers are taking part in this latest edition. Their artworks are exhibited within an inspiring exhibition dedicated to culture as well as individual and shared creativity.
Detour Paris features notebooks decorated by talented French and international authors. The exhibition is on display at the Palais de Tokyo, Le Bon Marché, Ground Effect Gallery and in Moleskine stores, before going back on the road. Each location around Paris showcases the work of up-coming artists, all of whom have their own a special connection to the city.
